PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotion will have a start date/time, and an end date/time, as specified on Gala Bingo Instagram and/or Facebook pages and on the relevant promotional post/s and will only be available between those dates/times (the “Promotional Period”).

2. The Promotion will only be available to residents of the UK. 
3. Participants must be over the age of 18 and have a verified Gala Bingo account with no restrictions. 
4. Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this competition.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION 

5. Participants must:
   1. Follow Gala Bingo on Instagram and/or Facebook. 
   2. Like the promotion post (and/or share the post) as specified on Gala Bingo Instagram and/or Facebook pages, as well as the promotional post/s. 
   3. Comment on Gala Bingo Instagram or Facebook page, answering the question/s on the promotional post/s or follow the instructions included on the promotional post/s. 
6. All participants who have completed the steps above will be entered into the prize draw (also referred to as the “Competition” or the “Giveaway”) whereby one or more winners will be selected using a random number generator programme and awarded a prize.   
7. Participants can only enter the prize draw once. No bulk or third-party entries will be allowed. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of brute force, script, or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.   
8. The prize draw will take place on the date/time specified on Gala Bingo Instagram and/or Facebook pages, as well as the promotional post/s. 
9. The winner/s of the prize draw will be contacted within 48 hours following the prize draw to be notified of their win (the “Winning Notification”) and will be asked to provide any details required for the fulfilment of the prize.    
10. It is the winner/s’ responsibility to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is provided, in order to ensure the fulfilment of the prize. 
11. Failure to provide the correct details may result in the forfeiting of the prize. 
12. The winner/s’ first name and county may be announced on Gala Bingo’s Instagram and/or Facebook pages within 24 hours of the competition closing. Should a winner not want to have their first name and/or county published, the winner should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotection@entaingroup.com. 

PRIZE DRAW PRIZES

13. Prizes will consist of vouchers and/or merchandise, as specified on Gala Bingo’s Instagram and/or Facebook pages, as well as the promotional post/s. 

VOUCHERS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

14. The number and value of the vouchers to be won via the prize draw will be specified on Gala Bingo Instagram and/or Facebook pages, as well as the promotional posts.
15. The Vouchers will be sent to the email address associated with the winner/s’ registered Gala Bingo account. 
16. The Vouchers cannot be transferred and/or exchanged for cash.

MERCHANDISE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

17. Merchandise prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change the merchandise prize with a prize of equivalent value.
18. Delivery of merchandise prizes will be arranged via email and will take place within 30 days from the end of the prize draw.
19. Merchandise prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
