Terms and conditions

1. By taking part in this 12 Days to Christmas promotion (the “Promotion”), participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions including all entry instructions.

    

2. The Promotion will open on 10.12.2024 at 12:01am and close on 22.12.2024 at 11:59pm (the “Promotional Period”).

    

3. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom mainland only. participants must be over the age of 18 and must have a verified Gala Bingo account. The winners will be contacted after being chosen and will be asked to provide an email address associated with a verified Gala Bingo account (this is so winner’s age can be verified). By participating in this prize draw, you are agreeing to this requirement.

    

4. The Promotion consists of 12 prize draws, held daily over the Promotional Period.

    

5. To enter a prize draw, participants must:

   (i) have a verified online account with Gala Bingo.

   (ii) follow @galabingo on Instagram and/or Facebook.

   (iii) like the Promotion post on Gala Bingo Instagram and/or Facebook.

   (iv) choose a number between 1 and 90 and enter the number in the comments on Gala Bingo Instagram and/or Facebook.

    

6. Each participant can only enter once per social media profile (Instagram/Facebook) per day. No bulk or third-party entries. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of brute force, script, or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void. 

    

7. Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this competition. 

    

8. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the prize draws .

    

9. Each daily prize draw has only 1 winner who will be chosen by an online random number generator on a daily basis between 10.12.2024 – 22.12.2024 and announced 07.01.2024 on Facebook and Instagram.
10. The prizes for the winning entry will be as follows

1. Each prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

    

2. The winner must respond to the Winning Notification within 24 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. Failure to respond within 24 hours of contact from the Promoter may result in forfeit. In this instance, another winner may be chosen at random to receive the Prize.

    

3. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner from the competition. No other winner will be chosen in this instance.

    

4. The winner’s first name and county will be announced on Gala Bingo social channels within 24 hours of the competition closing. Should a winner not want to have their first name and/or county published, the winner should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.

    

5. Any personal information provided by the participant shall be treated in accordance with Gala Bingo’s Privacy Notice and data protection legislation.

    

6. Prizes will only be sent to the email address registered on the winners verified Gala Bingo account.

    

7. The Promoter reserves the right to send an alternative prize of equal value, should an item become unavailable.

    

8. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available.

    

   General terms

    

9. The Promoter of this Promotion is LC International Limited whose registered office address is Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.

    

10. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict access to this Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.

     

11. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Network.

     

12. The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: a. communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this competition; b. inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; c. to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from competition participation or the acceptance of a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure. 

     

    Where the Promoter suspects that any participant is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that individual from the Promotion, and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

13. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
