Prize Draw terms and conditions

1. By taking part in this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions including all entry instructions.
2. The OPT IN will open on 10^th February at 00:01 am and close on 13^th February at 11:59 pm. After this date and time, no further entries to the prize draw will be accepted.
3. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom mainland only. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and must have a verified Gala Bingo account. The winners will be contacted after being chosen and will be asked to provide an email address associated with a verified Gala Bingo account (this is so winners’ age can be verified). By participating in this prize draw, entrants are agreeing to this requirement.
4. To enter the prize draw, entrants must:

   (i) have a verified account with Gala Bingo.

   (ii) OPT IN to the prize draw.

5. Only one entry permitted per person. No bulk or third-party entries. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of brute force, script or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
6. Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this Competition.
7. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.
8. The prize draw will only have six (6) winners who will be chosen at random by an online random number generator on 14^thFebruary.
9. The prize for each winning entry to this prize draw is: 2 x Simply Red Concert Tickets and £50 spending money. The guest must be over 18 years of age.
10. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for the Prize.
11. The winners will be contacted by the Promoter via Email from Prizes@galabingo.com within 24 hours of the end of the prize draw (a “Winning Notification”).
12. The winners must respond to the Winning Notification within 24 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. Failure to respond to contact within 24 hours of contact from the Promoter may result in forfeit. In this instance, another winner may be chosen at random to receive the Prize.
13. Winners will be required to download the 02 venue app on their phones and also to create an account on axs.com- this is for the purpose of receiving concert tickets electronically.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner from the Competition. No other winner will be chosen in this instance.
15. Any personal information provided by entrants shall be treated in accordance with Gala Bingo’s Privacy Notice and data protection legislation.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
17. The Prize Provider will arrange the fulfilment of the Prize directly with the winners. The promoter will use all personal data in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Notice. It is the responsibility of the Prize winner to ensure they, and any guests, hold valid documents, travel insurance, or have taken such other arrangements as necessary for their trip (including any special Covid requirements). 
18. The O2 arena requires all attendees to present an NHS COVID Pass on entry to gain access. Failure to be able to produce the required certification will result in entry to The O2 arena being refused.
19. Face masks will be required at the venue. Should winners or their guests be exempt they should bring their badge or card with them.
20. Unless specified, the Prize does not cover travel costs such as, but not limited to, fuel costs, car hire or train tickets. 
21. The Promoter will not be responsible for any cancellation or alterations to any element of the Prize booking that is outside of our control, including any cancellations that are a direct or indirect result of the Covid 19 pandemic. The Promoter will not be responsible for the inability of Prize winners or their guests to take up the Prize.
22. Our Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, “Simply Red” or The O2 Arena London.

General Terms

23. The Promoter of this Competition is LC International Limited whose registered office address is Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict access to this Competition, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
25. The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: a. communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Competition; b. inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; c. to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from Competition participation or the acceptance of a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this Competition, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
26. Where the Promoter suspects that any entrant or nominee is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that individual from the Competition, and/or suspend the Competition pending further investigation.
27. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
