PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Player's (defined below) every day between 19:27 and 20:27, on Fridays, this promotion is available to Eligible Player's between 19:27 and 21:27 from 04.05.24 until further noticed.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of galabingo.com (the “Website”) who:
   • are over 18 years old;
   • are located in the UK;
   • have a verified Website account that is eligible to receive Website promotions; and
   • do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTION

3. To participate in this Promotion each Eligible Player must enter the Gala Live Bingo Room and purchase at least one (1) Bingo ticket.
4. The Bingo Room will be open every day of the week between 19:27 - 20:27, except on Fridays, where the Bingo Room will be open from 19:27 - 21:27 (the "promotional hours").
5. Ticket prices range between £0.01 and £0.10.
6. The maximum number of tickets an Eligible Player can purchase per game is 100.
7. There will be a live stream feature enabled during the Promotional Hours.
8. The Gala Live Bingo Schedule will vary each day, these can be found on the schedule which can be found HERE with a boosted game playing each day at 20:22.
9. The EAW Feature Prize will be shared among all Eligible Players who did not win a prize. Roll On Feature Prize: After the full house is won, all the non-winners will have a chance to play for an extra full house. 1TG Feature Prize: All Eligible Players who have missed the full house by 1 number will win a share of the 1TG prize pot.
10. All prizes will be immediately credited as Cash to all winning Eligible Players.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
